I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Student Health plans. As mental health coverage can vary by plan, I would be happy to contact your insurance company for you and help you to determine your benefits and projected payment. If you would prefer to contact your insurance yourself, I’ve listed some helpful questions to ask in the FAQ section.
Out of Network Insurance:
If you would like to work with me but do not have an Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, or United Student Health plan, no problem! Many people choose the flexibility of working with an out-of-network provider of their choice and are often surprised to find that their benefits cover the majority of their fees. To support this, I consider reduced fees on an individual basis. I will also provide you with all of the forms needed to request reimbursement from your insurance company, and walk you through the process to make this as easy as possible.
Payment:
All payment is due at the time of your appointment and can be paid by cash, check, or credit card.
